The formal dinner-dance was the culmination of an 18-week program held at Essex County College that taught Newark youth social etiquette for dinner, fashion and business. The 28 student participants received three hours of weekly professional training on Saturday mornings from September 26, 2009, through February 12, 2010. Event held on February 13, 2010.
